Tarpon fishing in Miami is World Class, it is also not for everybody as you can see in this video, these are extreme conditions fishing in this urban environment. Having to fight 100+ pound fish is one thing, doing in the channel of a major international port, with cruise ships, speed boats, and everything else that is going on in South Beach is absolutely nuts. The inlet chop was at least 3 feet, and combine that with the boat waves and cruise ship wake and it was a little hairy out there. But this is what we do. Brandon fought this fish for a solid hour and 45 minutes and he did it with gusto. This Tarpon ate a soul shrimp. The kid brought his own combo, and he brought the right one. Run That Dog.
